A dual project showcasing product development and brand profiling for Bec & Bridge, blending technical garment production with strategic fashion marketing.
This combined assignment explored two key areas of fashion business, brand profiling and product development. The first component analysed Bec & Bridge’s brand identity, target market, competitive positioning, and marketing strategies, to create a coherent range plan that fits the brand identity. The second component involved the end-to-end development of a new garment, the ‘Cyprus Halter’, detailing its critical path, technical specifications, costing, and production process.
Together, these tasks required the integration of trend forecasting, WGSN research, fabric sourcing, spec sheet creation, and critical path management with broader brand storytelling and market positioning. Demonstrating both creative and analytical skills, the assignment highlights the ability to bridge conceptual brand identity with tangible product development, a necessary skill for fashion marketers working between creative direction and business strategy.
